The mother of Aqa Lutf‘ali, daughter of Haji Muhammad Andani, was his inheritor and when she died, her sister Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad and wife of Karbalayi Abu Talib, became the inheritor. Settlement between Khatun, daughter of ‘Ishq‘ali from Khuzan, and her husband Sultan Muhammad, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, exchanging some properties (a piece of land, a house, and a garden with its share of water) mentioned in her marriage contract, along with her share of the inheritance from a specific house and garden, and a piece of land inherited from her father for five tumans and a piece of land in Shams Abad from Sultan Muhammad. The fee for the detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. Settlement between Baygum, Mirza Muhammad, and Mashhadi Asad Allah, 1911
After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a problem handling the related ceremonies. So, Baygum, daughter of Nayib Ibrahim, transferred ninety tumans to Mirza Muhammad, son of the late Haji ‘Abd Allah, and his son, Mashhadi Asad Allah, in exchange for one hundred dinars and some wheat. The condition was that they spend this money, with approval of Karbalayi Yad Allah, son of the late Karbalayi Husayn, for ta‘ziyah and other ceremonies.

Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a dispute between Nayib Ibrahim's wife Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan from Andan, and Nayib Ibrahim's daughter Aqa Baygum, wife of ‘Abd al-Rahman.
